Diane Elgin has been an elementary teacher for almost sixteen and a half years and an art teacher for four years. She recently began to focus on writing by going to conferences, joining critique groups, and developing her writing skills, more than a year ago. Diane creates refreshing tales with unique, engaging characters in relatable circumstances. Children and adults will appreciate her positive themes and characters’ embrace of virtue driven decisions.
Diane is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Minor in Psychology. Diane is currently an art teacher for the Homeschool Connected Community (HSCC) and an ESL teacher for VIPKid. She is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) and Capital Christian Writers Fellowship (CCWF).
Diane lives in Maryland with her loving husband and two beautiful children.
